Processing Time

Packaging
Every specimen is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile pieces receive extra protection.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
